North Dallas strip club owners are dealing with the problem of not having enough dancers for the surplus of patrons expected to be coming in for the Super Bowl.
John Walsh, manager of Showtime Cabaret in Kennedale, says the Dallas-Fort Worth area is short a total of 10,000 exotic dancers for its approximately 60 adult establishments.
The need for more dancers is dire with the substantial amount of money that can be made.
Eric Lagan, owner of Rick’s Cabaret in DFW, reported that he expects a $1 million dollar jump in revenue in the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl. There are expected to be around 300,000 visitors coming in for the Super Bowl, which means that there would be about 30 patrons for every dancer.
Walsh is trying to combat the problem by producing fliers promoting big money to new dancers in a clean club near the Super Bowl festivities.
